We can’t wait to see you back at Malkin Bowl. Here is what to expect when you visit us again. Please keep an eye on our website and social media handles as guidelines are subject to change – Facebook and Instagram. We will be following all public health orders that are in place at the time of our events. For ticket purchasers, expect a Fan Advisory email from us before the show that will outline what you can expect.

Face Masks

Under current protocols from the Government of British Columbia, face masks are not required in outdoor settings. We will continue to recommend and encourage fans to wear theirs at all times while attending events at Malkin Bowl, other than when eating or drinking.

Venue Cleaning

Before and after each show, high touch areas including handrails, concessions stands, restrooms, and merchandise stands, will be disinfected.
Hand sanitizing dispensers will be located at several locations throughout the venue.

Health and Safety

If you feel sick, please stay home. Know the symptoms of COVID-19 which can include the following: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or running nose, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.

Directions

From Downtown: Follow West Georgia St. towards the Lions Gate Bridge. Turn right at the Stanley Park exit on the Stanley Park Causeway. Enter the roundabout and take the 2nd exit onto Pipeline Road. Follow the road to the Stanley Park Pavilion and Malkin Bowl (610 Pipeline Rd).

From North/West Vancouver: Take the Lion's Gate Bridge and follow the Stanley Park Causeway.

  • Turn right onto Bidwell St. then right onto Alberni St. Make another right onto Denman St. then a left onto West Georgia St. Turn right at the Stanley Park exit on the Stanley Park Causeway. Enter the roundabout and take the 2nd exit onto Pipeline Rd. Proceed to the Stanley Park Pavilion and Malkin Bowl (610 Pipeline Rd).

  • Take the first exit off the causeway once you get off Lions Gate Bridge. Once you take the exit, turn right on Park Drive, then Left on North Lagoon Drive. Enter the roundabout and take the 2nd exit onto Pipeline Rd. Proceed to the Stanley Park Pavilion and Malkin Bowl (610 Pipeline Rd).

 

Parking

Parking in Stanley Park is limited and operated by EasyPark. We encourage you to use transit, car pool, walk or cycle to the venue. The parking lots are operated on a `first come, first serve’ basis, no reservations. All lots are pay parking operated by the Vancouver Parks Board. (Rates are Seasonal) 

Public Transportation

The closest bus loop to the site is the Stanley Park Loop. The only bus that enters the park is the #19 - dropping off as the #19 Stanley Park and picking up as the #19 Metrotown Station. The #19 includes stops at Lost Lagoon, West Georgia, West Pender, Burrard Skytrain Station, Main Street/Science World Skytrain Station, Kingsway & Main Street, Kingsway & Broadway, along Kingsway to Metrotown (stops at or near all major streets).

Entry

For Live Nation concerts: Events are Mobile ticket delivery only for advance purchase.  There is no Will Call/box office pick up.  For a step by step guide on using mobile entry please visit: help.ticketmaster.ca/s/article/MobileEntry  For Live Nation concerts: Tickets are non-refundable. Performance will continue rain or shine. 

For shows that aren’t sold out in advance, tickets will be available to purchase at the venue night of show beginning 30 minutes prior to the gates opening.

Types of Payment Accepted

Box office accepts all major credit cards such as AMEX, Mastercard, and VISA, cash & debit for Malkin Bowl.

Mobile Ticketing

All 2022 events will be mobile entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

For previously scheduled shows, where you selected print at home or mail, your tickets will be honoured accordingly.

Accessible Seating

For Live Nation Concerts: Malkin Bowl is a general admission standing venue with a hill on one side of the venue.  There will be a raised platform in the venue for wheelchairs and 1 guest, these tickets are available for purchase for each event at Ticketmaster.ca.  Please speak to the door hosts on arrival for directions to the raised area.

General Rules

To ensure the enjoyment and safety of all guests the following items are not permitted onsite: Glass Bottles | Cans | Alcohol | Professional Camera (defined as a camera with a detachable lens) | Video/Audio Recording Equipment (including tripods, GoPros, selfie sticks, monopods) | Lawn Chairs (of any design) | Umbrellas (of any size) | Coolers | Banners | Frisbees | Pets (except service dogs) | Tents | Knives | Weapons | Glass | Laser Pointers | Skateboards | Hula Hoops | Musical Instruments | Electronic Tablets (of any size)

Should it rain on show day, no umbrellas will be permitted. Please come prepared with a rain jacket or poncho. 

Outside Food and Beverages will not be permitted. Bags will be subject to search at the gate prior to entrance.

There is no smoking in Stanley Park, including Malkin Bowl.

Is alcohol served at the venue?

Beer and other alcoholic beverages are available for purchase on site to guests 19 years of age and older. Please note that vendors will require proof of age for alcoholic beverages including 2 pieces of government issued ID, with at least one piece including name, date of birth, photo, and signature.

Children Rules

For Live Nation Concerts: Children aged 10 and under will be admitted for free when accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.  Ear protection is strongly recommended.

For Live Nation concerts: Restrooms are located inside the main gate and toward the Southwest corner of the concert lawn. There are also restrooms located within the beer garden.
