Is there accessible seating?

For Live Nation Concerts: Malkin Bowl is a general admission standing venue with a hill on one side of the venue.  There will be a raised platform in the venue for wheelchairs and 1 guest, these tickets are available for purchase for each event at Ticketmaster.ca.  Please speak to the door hosts on arrival for directions to the raised area. Is re-entry allowed?

For Live Nation Concerts: Re-entry is prohibited.

What items are NOT permitted at the venue?

To ensure the enjoyment and safety of all guests the following items are not permitted onsite:

Glass of any kind (including bottles) | Cans | Alcohol | Outside Food & Beverage | Professional Camera (defined as a camera with a detachable lens) | Video/Audio Recording Equipment (including tripods, GoPros, selfie sticks, monopods) | Lawn Chairs (of any design) | Coolers | Banners | Frisbees | Pets (except service dogs) | Tents | Knives | Weapons | Laser Pointers | Skateboards | Hula Hoops | Musical Instruments | Electronic Tablets (of any size) | Umbrellas (of any kind)

Is there First Aid on site?

For Live Nation concerts: First aid will be available on site. Please refer to signage or ask a Malkin Bowl attendant for direction.

Are there water stations?

There will be water refill stations onsite. Empty plastic bottles are permitted.

Are there food and drink options at the venue?

There will be food vendors onsite serving a variety of hot and cold options. They accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. There are no outside foods or beverages permitted within the venue.

Please note: DO NOT FEED THE WILDLIFE IN THE PARK.

Is alcohol served at the venue?

Beer and other alcoholic beverages are available for purchase on site to guests 19 years of age and older. Please note that vendors will require proof of age for alcoholic beverages including 2 pieces of government issued ID, with at least one piece including name, date of birth, photo, and signature.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Box office accepts all major credit cards such as AMEX, Mastercard, and VISA, cash & debit for Malkin Bowl.

Are their ATMs/Bank Machines on site?

For Live Nation concerts: There is an ATM available within the gates of the bowl, as well as outside of the gates close to the Stanley Park Pavilion.

When is the Box Office open?

The box office will open 30 minutes before the door time listed on the ticket. There is one entrance to the site. It is located opposite the Stanley Park Pavilion. This entry is open to all patrons - those with mobile tickets and those purchasing tickets from the box office.

The gate can be accessed from the main bicycle and walking paths located just off Pipeline Road. Please note that there will be restricted parking at the Pavilion area on the day of show. However, parking will be available throughout the park.

Can I bring an umbrella?

Umbrellas of any kind are not permitted. We highly recommend coming prepared with a poncho as this event will take place rain or shine!



POLICIES

Mobile Ticketing

All 2023 events will be mobile entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

For previously scheduled shows, where you selected print at home or mail, your tickets will be honoured accordingly.

Children Rules

For Live Nation Concerts: Children aged 10 and under will be admitted for free when accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.  Ear protection is strongly recommended.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on site for Live Nation events.
