Will Call – How do I pick up will
call tickets?
For Live
Nation concerts: If you have
purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster,
it is recommended that you collect your
tickets in advance of the show at any Ticketmaster
outlet with your Confirmation Number, Credit
Card and ID.
If you are unable to pick
up your tickets in advance, there will be
a Will Call booth on site.
If you are picking up tickets
that someone else has purchased, the ticket
purchaser needs to contact Ticketmaster
customer service in advance of the show
in order to switch the pick up name. If
these arrangements have not been made and
you are not the ticket purchaser, you will
not be able to pick up the tickets.
Anyone picking up tickets
from the Malkin Bowl Ticketmaster Will Call
booth at the Main Gates must ensure they
have ID and the matching credit card used
to purchase the tickets. You will not be
able to claim your tickets without these
items.
